openfe run-task

Check out one task from task_db and execute the corresponding ProtocolUnit in the``Warehouse``.

Warning

Task-based execution is an experimental feature and subject to change in future releases of openfe.

Usage

openfe run-task [OPTIONS]

Options

--warehouse <warehouse>

Required Path to a Warehouse directory.

--task-db <task_db>

Required Path to a TaskDB file.

-s, --scratch <scratch>

Directory for scratch files. Defaults to ‘scratch/’ in the current working directory.
